Emergency services personnel will be conducting a mass casualty incident drill off Inkwell Beach at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Oak Bluffs fire chief John Rose said.

The drill will simulate a multiple-victim collision between two boats and a jet ski. It will occur just off the jetty, between the beach and the Steamship Authority dock. Chief Rose said fire, police and Coast Guard officials will participate in the drill.

Traffic down Seaview avenue will not be affected, but there will be emergency services and public safety boats coming from the Oak Bluffs harbor around the Steamship Authority dock to assist in the incident simulation, the fire chief said.
