Wind Fest is here again and blows into Oak Bluffs on Saturday, Sept. 7 in Ocean Park.

The day starts with free kite building from 10:30 to noon and then flies high all afternoon, with flying competitions and prizes, community kite flying, plus Frisbees, model sailboats — essentially anything wind-powered.

Awards include largest kite, smallest kite most creative flying object, best wind sculpture, the list goes on.
