The Film Center in Vineyard Haven will host a screening of Doubting Thomas on Monday, July 8.

The film was directed by Will McFadden, who also stars in the film, and will be at the screening for a Q & A.

Doubting Thomas tells the story of a white couple who give birth to an African-American baby, to the surprise of all. Questions arise about trust, infidelity, faith and acceptance. The film also starts Jamie Hector from The Wire.

The screening begins at 7:30 p.m.
