The Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank reported revenues of $134,567 for the business week ending on Friday, May 3, 2019. The land bank receives its funds from a two per cent fee charged on many Vineyard real estate transactions.

Much of the land bank revenue last week came from the town of Edgartown, where three transactions resulted in $50,900. One transaction earned $34,000 in Chilmark. Two transactions generated $31,000 in West Tisbury. Two transactions resulted in $10,800 in Oak Bluffs. One transaction earned $6,000 in Aquinnah. And Three transactions earned $1,867 in Tisbury.
