An exhibit of photography from students of Alison Shaw’s advanced mentorship program will take place on Sunday, May 5 from 4 to 6 p.m.

Brooke Bartletta, Lucy Dahl, Andrea Dawson, Beth Horstman and Rob Skinnon will exhibit their work at the Alison Shaw Gallery, located at 88 Dukes County avenue in Oak Bluffs.

For those off-Island the following week, on Friday, May 10 there will be an opening reception at the Smith College Alumnae House Gallery in Northampton for Ms. Shaw’s show Painting with Light: Seascapes of Martha’s Vineyard and Cape Cod. The reception is from 5 to 7 p.m. and the show will continue through August 2.
