Sail Martha’s Vineyard opens its 2019 winter lecture series at the Black Dog Tavern next week with a talk by Jeff Kaeli, a research engineer at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.

Sail Martha’s Vineyard opens its 2019 winter lecture series at the Black Dog Tavern next week with a talk by Jeff Kaeli, a research engineer at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. Mr. Kaeli will take listeners on a treasure hunt to show how unmanned technology helped discover the Spanish galleon, San Jose.

The talk and meal are Wednesday, Jan. 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. The cost is $30

The Black Dog Tavern is on Beach Street Extension in Vineyard Haven.

If this could be recorded and put on YouTube I'd love to see it. A meal at a Tavern in Martha's Vineyard would be awesome, but just a tad distant from Houston. I'll raise a glass to ya'al.
