Niki Deharo and Andrew Kelly of Edgartown announce the birth of a daughter, Thayer Margaret Kelly, born on Oct. 29 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Thayer weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces at birth. She is welcomed by big sister, Harper, at home.
