Barnraisers Ball Is a Hoot for Everyone

Dance to friendship, dance to community and dance to the building in West Tisbury that houses so many events and symbolizes the plentiful harvest that good will brings.

The Barnraisers ball is Saturday, Nov. 3 from 7:30 to 10 p.m. at the Agricultural Hall in West Tisbury.

The event occurs every fall and is a celebration of the raising of the Agricultural Hall by the whole community back in 1994. The building was created from material salvaged from an old barn in New Hampshire, a prime example of recycling and renewal.

Johnny Hoy and the Bluefish will provide the music, and everyone is invited to bring a dessert to share.
