Justin Mercier has been named general manager of the Mansion House in Vineyard Haven.

Mr. Mercier was born and raised on the Vineyard and graduated summa cum laude from Johnson & Wales University. He began his career in California before returning to the Vineyard, where he most recently worked as the hotel manager for the Harbor View Hotel.
