Tim Roberts of Oak Bluffs, a junior at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and member of the school basketball team, has been named to the College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-District Team for the 2017-2018 season.

Roberts, an environmental engineering major with a 4.9 GPA, has started all 25 games for the MIT Engineers. He averages 7.9 points and 6.7 rebounds per game while leading the conference in field goal percentage at 64.4 percent.
