An informational community forum about cancer and cannabis takes place Tuesday, March 6 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the community room at the West Tisbury library.

The forum is coordinated by Patient Centric of Martha’s Vineyard, a licensed registered marijuana dispensary on the Island. Patient Centric CEO Geoff Rose will host the forum, which is moderated by Dr. Terry Kriedman and Rabbi Dr. Yosef Glassman. The doctors will talk about how medical marijuana mitigates negative side effects of cancer treatments. The forum will also address most asked questions about the topic and those attending can bring questions.
