Katherine A. Smith of Chilmark was on the spring 2017 dean’s list at Simmons College with a 4.0 GPA. She went on to graduate on May 19 with a bachelor of science degree, magna cum laude. She is continuing her graduate school studies at Simmons for the next two years. She will graduate in 2019 as a doctor of physical therapy.
