If it’s late November it must be time again for the Wicked Good Musical Revue at the Martha’s Vineyard Playhouse. The ongoing cabaret series by Molly Conole, Shelagh Hackett, Paul Munafo and Ken Romero accompanied by Phil Dietterich whetted musical appetites last season and is now back to warm the cockles of hearts and ears all over. This month’s theme is Cornucopia.
