Hi Gerry I'm curious to know why you make this request. As a photographer and visual artist here on MV, I think quadcopters with cameras make wonderful tools for creativity and provide unique perspectives on MV to share. I'd be happy to have you watch me fly one day if you're interested. David Welch, Edgartown.

The FAA is in charge of airspace. A few notes:
1. Fly below 400 feet.
2. Always fly within line of sight.
3. Be aware of FAA airspace requirements. FAA.gov/go/uastfr
4. Never fly over stadiums or sport events.
5. The big one: Never fly within 5 miles of an airport without first contacting Air traffic control and airport authority.
6. Never fly near emergency response efforts such as fire.
7. Never fly near a Aircraft....another big one...
8. Don't fly under the influence..

Thank you. The Vineyard Air traffic Control tower Manager..
