Jessica Kensky, Boston Marathon bombing survivor will be the keynote speaker.

Women Empowered will honor Betty Burton of Serving Hands and Family to Family food distributions; Jo Ann Murphy, county director of veterans services and service officer of the year; and Mary Beth Grady and Allison Burger, co-owners of Chilmark Chocolates.
