Susan and William Shanok of New York city and Chilmark are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah W. Shanok, to John Henry Kitchens, son of Jim and Ruth Ann Kitchens of Frisco, Tex. The happy couple have visited the Island together since their courtship began, and will introduce the Kitchens to its charms this summer. The families are looking forward to an outdoor fall wedding in October beneath the changing leaves of Brooklyn’s beautiful Prospect Park.
