<p>Peter Fyler, the owner/broker and exclusive buyer&rsquo;s agent of SplitRock Real Estate LLC, has received the 2015 REALTOR&reg; Of The Year Award.</p>

Peter Fyler, the owner/broker and exclusive buyer’s agent of SplitRock Real Estate LLC, has received the 2015 REALTOR® Of The Year Award.

The award was announced last week by the Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS® at their first annual awards night June 18 in West Dennis.

Mr. Fyler has been a REALTOR® since 1989, the organization announced in a press release, and is the Dukes County director of the association and a member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents.

He is also “a passionate advocate for the Cape and Islands and a prominent voice for the Island real estate community in which he has resided and worked since 1988,” the organization said.

I have never met Peter but stumbled on his web site and have been receiving real estate updates and a very personable public letter from him for a couple of years now and when I buy a house on the island he will definitely be my agent , even though he has no clue who I am, I feel as if I know and can trust him. Smart guy. Very clever way to build a clientele in a place few people are except in summer.
I'm not surprised he won realtor of the year. I really enjoy reading his letters and being kept up to date on the market.
