Local Wild Food Challenge: Where the Wild Things Are Eaten

<p>Hunters and gatherers from around the Island meet and compete at the fifth annual Local Wild Food Challenge on Monday, Oct. 13, beginning at 3 p.m. at the Martha&rsquo;s Vineyard Rod &amp; Gun Club.</p>

Hunters and gatherers from around the Island meet and compete at the fifth annual Local Wild Food Challenge on Monday, Oct. 13, beginning at 3 p.m. at the Martha’s Vineyard Rod & Gun Club.

You must use at least one wild ingredient to create your show-stopping dish. Restaurants, caterers, home cooks, children and fishermen, everyone is welcome.

Dishes will be judged on taste, ingredients, presentation and effort. All entries must be presented by 6 p.m.
