Two recreational rides sponsored by the Rotary Club this weekend benefit Save the Gay Head Lighthouse and other Rotary charities. The 100K begins at 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4, and the 50K ride begins at 11 a.m. All the roads are paved and follow views of the water. Meet at the Portuguese-American Club, 137 Vineyard avenue in Oak Bluffs.

Register online or at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the event. Cost is $100 for new riders, $90 for returning riders.
