The vocal ensemble Il Concerto di Salamone Rossi Hebreo will lead the Friday night service at the Martha’s Vineyard Hebrew Center on August 8 at 6 p.m.

The special service will feature the music of Salamone Rossi Hebreo (1570-1630), a gifted musician and composer, and the first composer of choral music for the Jewish liturgy.
