A block party with art, the first of the season’s Arts District Strolls, takes place Saturday, July 12, from 4 to 7 p.m. along Dukes County avenue in Oak Bluffs. Galleries and art shops open their doors — some will serve nibbles and wine, too, — inviting ramblers to get an inside look at their exhibits and talk to the artists.
