Jack O’Malley of West Tisbury is the recipient of the 2014 scholarship award from the Martha’s Vineyard League of Women Voters. The League grants awards to students who are either seniors graduating from high school or completing their first year in college. Jack has completed his freshman year at Grinnell College in Iowa. He is majoring in political science and economics with a concentration in environmental studies.
