Folks over age 55 can try out water aerobics, pilates, chair yoga and more for free at the YMCA’s Health and Fitness Day on Wednesday, May 21, from 9 a.m. to noon.

Folks over age 55 can try out water aerobics, pilates, chair yoga and more for free at the YMCA’s Health and Fitness Day on Wednesday, May 21, from 9 a.m. to noon. Activities are planned to bring awareness to the benefits of keeping fit.
