The YMCA of Martha’s Vineyard will revive the original broadcast of Orson Welles’s War of the Worlds with its Theatre of the Mind event on Saturday, Oct. 26 beginning at 5 p.m. The radio broadcast that sparked a mass outcry will be rebroadcast and a pasta dinner will be served. The event is part of an initiative to bring Island elders and teens together.
