With the summer Olympics approaching, one might be aiming for a sedentary approach to sport. Watch, watch and watch some more the best athletes in the word perform. But hopefully, all that sport will inspire a pro-active approach.

The Vineyard offers ample opportunity to run, jump, hit, swing or swim. This summer, frisbee fans need not look glum, either.

Every Monday and Wednesday evening beginning at 5:45 p.m. there will be a pick-up Ultimate Frisbee game held at the Tisbury DPW field behind the park and ride. Bear left around the watertower, and the field will be on the right.
