<p> Todd Cleveland of Oak Bluffs was first to finish the 13th annual Run to the Chop 5k, with a time of 19 minutes and 56 seconds. Erica Maker of Williamstown, was the first female with a time of 22 minutes, 52 seconds.</p> <p> Eight-year-old Sam Cranston of Vineyard Haven also finished in the top 20, with his time of 26 minutes, one second.</p> <p> The race is sponsored by the Friends of the Vineyard Haven Library, and proceeds will support library programs.</p>
